PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • PricesAll prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway Redsys.
    • PayPalYou can use your PayPal account or pay by credit card.
    • Bank transferIf you choose this option, you will receive an email with the necessary details to complete the transfer. The order will not be shipped until payment is received. Transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Procedures

  • Shipping timeOrders are processed and shipped within a period of 1 to 2 weeks after receiving payment.
  • Shipping trackingOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking number to monitor the delivery status at any time.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Catalonia and the rest of the PeninsulaBetween 24 and 48 hours (business days).
    • Balearic IslandsBetween 3 and 4 business days (sea shipment).

Surant Design We are not responsible for any potential delays after shipment, as these depend on the shipping company.

  • Incorrect addressIt is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. If the order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged for the additional shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free in Spain.
  • For the rest of the countries, please contact logistica@surantdesign.com
  • Import duties and customsCustomers are responsible for any import taxes or duties applicable in the destination country. We recommend checking local regulations before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We want you to stay completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we accept returns within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

Return conditions:

  • The products must be in perfect condition, unused and preferably in the original packaging.
  • The shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Procedure:

  • Send an email to logisitca@surantdesign.com indicating:
    • The order number.
    • The product you want to return.
    • Reason for return.
  • You will receive instructions on how to send the return product to the address provided.
  • The Refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase and will be completed within a maximum period of 14 days from the reception and verification of the condition of returned products.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do everything possible to ensure that our pieces arrive in perfect conditions, but sometimes damage can occur during transport.

Procedure for damaged products:

  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours th logistica@surantdesign.com.
  • Provide us with:
    • The order number.
    • Clear images of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • Do not send the broken product.. Once we verify the damage, we will send you one. replacement part or, if it is not available, it will be done Refund.
  • We will not accept claims. without photographs that clearly document the damage.

Exclusions

  • Personalized or custom-made productsNo returns are accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Damage from improper useNo product that has been damaged due to improper use or improper handling will be replaced.
