If for any reason this is not the case, we accept returns within a period of <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the receipt of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"condicions-de-la-devolucio\">Return conditions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The products must be <strong>in perfect condition<\/strong>, unused and preferably in the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>shipping costs<\/strong> Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"procediment-per-a-la-devolucio\">Return Procedure:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an email to <a>logisitca@surantdesign.com<\/a> indicating:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product you want to return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive instructions on how to send the return product to the address provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Refund<\/strong> will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase and will be completed within a maximum period of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the reception and verification of the condition of returned products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"productes-danyats\">DAMAGED PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We do everything possible to ensure that our pieces arrive in <strong>perfect conditions<\/strong>, but sometimes damage can occur during transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"procediment-per-a-productes-danyats\">Procedure for damaged products:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you receive a damaged product, contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> th <a>logistica@surantdesign.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide us with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear images of the damaged product and its packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not send the broken product.<\/strong>.
